As our Property Maintenance Coordinator, Bill works with our Property Managers, managing routine property inspections on all Bodewell properties.

Property owners and tenants alike appreciate his proactive preventative maintenance approach. Instead of the typical ‘reactive only’ approach to maintenance, we can minimize some potential costs for owners and inconveniences to tenants.

When needed, Bill also coordinates insured, licensed, and ticketed tradespeople ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.

Bill is an experienced Red Seal Master Carpenter with 30+ years of knowledge and experience in residential construction, renovation, and maintenance. In addition to his years of professional experience, he has renovated six houses utilizing his skills in carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, tiling, painting, and more.
