Prior to joining Bodewell, Katie spent over 8 years in the banking and finance sector working with a global client base at one of Canada’s top five banks. She draws upon this banking experience to help in the calculation of long-term returns on each client’s investment properties and rental revenues.Katie prides herself on delivering exceptional customer service and always puts her clients first. This passion for service motivated her to be part of the property management industry.

As a Bodewell Property Manager, Katie is responsible for selecting and vetting the right tenants for the right properties while addressing owner and tenant property-related needs. Katie has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC and is fully licensed for property management with UBC Real Estate division.
